Hunters of Lost Initiatives
The aim of the revitalization activities was to activate socially excluded people and residents of areas designated for revitalization, through joint planning and action, and the implementation of independently designed investment projects.
Municipalities covered by the activities: Choszczno, Pełczyce, Recz, Trzcińsko Zdrój, Boleszkowice, Lipiany, Przelewice, Pyrzyce, Czaplinek, Złocieniec, Mirosławiec, Człopa, Wałcz, Wałcz (rural commune), Kalisz Pomorski, Wierzchowo, Banie, Cedynia, Mieszkowice, Widuchowa, Bielice, Warnice
Project activities included:
- designation of revitalized areas where small architectural structures will be built in accordance with the residents’ initiative, improving their quality of life and being a place of their integration.
- selection of at least 6 leaders and 6 groups (5 people each) from each Municipality from the areas covered by revitalization, organization of meetings and animation duty hours, organization of out-of-town and local training,
- out-of-town training – (22 Municipalities x min. 8 people) scope: leadership, conflict resolution, people management, communication,
- local leader training – (22 Municipalities x min. 8 people) scope: diagnosis of potentials and needs, internal communication, project, social animation, promotion of activities,
- implementation of revitalization activities, through the preparation and financing of 4-6 revitalization initiatives in each Municipality, i.e. a total of 108 projects in the period from July 2019 to June 2021, implementation of animation events summarizing each completed project.
