ACADEMY OF LOCAL LEADERS
The Foundation was a partner of the Association of Towns and Communes of the Parsęta River Basin in the Local Leaders Academy project. The training was aimed at young people aged 18-25 from the Białogard, Koszalin and Świdwin Counties. The training, for groups of 25 people, is based on active competence development techniques. Each of the thematic sessions is enriched with workshop exercises allowing for the adaptation of acquired knowledge to practice.
